Welcome to Protegy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Protegy mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by us. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. Use of the App Protegy is intended for personal use to manage two-factor authentication (2FA) tokens and securely store passwords. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else to do so.
  2. Privacy and Security Your data is stored securely on your device. We do not collect or store your passwords or 2FA codes on our servers. Some anonymized analytics data may be collected to improve the App’s performance. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  3. Account and Data Responsibility You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, backup copies, and any encryption keys or recovery methods. We are not liable for loss of data due to forgotten passwords, device failure, or accidental deletion.
  4. Subscription and Payments Protegy may offer premium features on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  5. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the property of Protegy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
  6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the App
  1. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  4. Modifications to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
